He works with those who want to be, and look, strong as f*ck. His main goal is to facilitate 1 million health and fitness outcomes by 2030 with team STCfit.

Jess is a strength, performance & body composition coach with 8 years of full time experience in the fitness industry.
Jess understands how body image concerns and a lack of confidence can truly hinder your ability to obtain long term results.
With coaching and personal competitive experience in strength sports (powerlifting & strongwoman), as well as having coached hundreds of women to being confident with a barbell in their hands – she truly believes strength training & improved performance is the secret sauce to longevity and ongoing enjoyment with training!
Using an adaptive and personalised approach, her passion is to assist women in building and maintaining a healthy relationship with training and their nutrition.

Jason is an STCfit co-founder, podcast co-host, and exercise science and human movement graduate, with over 10 years of experience as a coach.
He specialises in strength training and bodybuilding. he is also a muscle and fat-loss nerd, always excelling his knowledge and application in the fields of strength and body composition.

Learning how fitness positively impacts mental health - backed by science - helped me navigate my own struggles, including saving a challenging relationship with myself and food. I’ve learned that we’re not defined by labels - we define what they mean and how we show up every day.
As a coach, I’m your big sister who’s got your back. We’ll not only hit PBs, but also build the confidence, autonomy, and skills you’ll carry with you long after our time together, inside the gym and out.I specialise in strength coaching, prioritising performance and proper technique so you can feel strong and capable, both physically and mentally.
We’ll build sustainable routines to help you achieve your goals in a way that fits your life without giving up the foods you love (chocolate and pizza included!).
You’ll unlearn and rewrite the rules around health and fitness, so you build a life that feels aligned with your values, not someone else’s expectations.
If you’re looking for quick fixes or a rapid transformation, I may not be the coach for you. Real change takes time, action, and a willingness to dig deep. But if you’re ready to put in the work, you’ll leave not only looking and feeling your best, but also knowing exactly how to sustain it.
Outside of coaching, you’ll find me hanging with my fur-baby Xena, dreaming of rare steak and creamy gnocchi, or planning my next bucket list adventure (a hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia is calling!).

You might think of Allie as the quiet one, but best believe she is one of the hardest-working osteos in the biz.
A national bikini comp winner, turned distance-runner, Allie has been working with lifters since the day she graduated in 2021. Powerlifting, bodybuilding, field sport, and everything in-between, Allie’s been in the thick of it.
Allie has also pursued further education in the pre and post-natal space - helping women stay strong, keep training, and get back into the training they love as soon as possible.
