  • Jason Galea is the Director of Education at STCfit Learning, specialising in coaching development programs and business mentoring for personal trainers.

    Having 12 years of industry experience, 10 being a personal trainer, Jason has served 100s of clients and coaches. Together with the team he has developed the 5-Step Method to become a standout PT.

    After graduating from Exercise Sports Science, Loz studied Exercise Physiology and spent 4 years in the fitness industry. During the Melbourne lockdowns, she pivoted into corporate, moving up the ladder in record time to become a Power Platform Engineering Manager - guess you could say she’s a high-achiever.

    Amy has walked the walk - growing out of depression, fatigue, and toxic relationships - and has built the life of her dreams. Spending 7 years in childcare gave Amy a clear purpose - Children raised in chaos struggle to thrive, so to change things, we need to BE the person we needed as kids.

    With 10 years of experience, Amy starting out as a Reiki Practitioner, Amy made the natural progression into coaching in 2018. Since then, she has worked with business owners, helping them move from 3-figure to 4, to 5, and grow into multiple 6-figure businesses.   • Dean McKillop is the co-director and head coach for bodybuilding contest preparation at Flex Success.

    Having played roles as an assistant strength and conditioning coach to professional athletes, as well as accumulating years of nutrition and supplementation knowledge, Dean has created a niche understanding of how to optimise and refine body composition outcomes for those seeking to achieve extreme physique results.

    Dean prides himself on taking an evidence-informed approach to his coaching and has helped multiple individuals win both state and national titles, as well as earning pro cards in the IFBB Pro League.

    If Dean could only eat one food for the rest of his life… it’d be pizza.

  • Lizzy Rawdah is a co-founder of Flex Success and co-host of the Flex Success Podcast. Lizzy works with the general population, with a heavy focus on creating permanent, positive change. This was born as an alternative to the traditional, strict diet plan or ‘12 week challenge’ model that has proven unsuccessful long-term.

    With 9 years of experience as a face-to-face PT before shifting to nutrition coaching in 2015, Lizzy has developed a holistic, client-centric approach to achieving impressive outcomes.

    Lizzy’s personal focus is no longer around competitive physique & performance sports, but rather around maintaining the strength and balance she has created over her lifting career, and helping clients reach & maintain their idea of success.

  • Will Crozier is the Chief of Gainz at Nexus Performance, a team of coaches specialising in improving all-round performance for strength athletes.

    Will has worked with thousands of clients over the years, including world champions and record holders in powerlifting and strongman, across all weight classes.

    As an athlete, Will is the current u110kg All-Time, Any-Fed Australian record holder with a 385kg squat, 220kg bench press, and 387.5kg deadlift in competition.

    With his experience on the platform, coaching others to a high level and a deep list of educational courses, Will is the person to help you if you choose the road of strength in your career.

  • Max Gedge is a coach who truly stands out in the fitness industry… mostly due to being a head taller than everybody else.

    Max’s professional experience includes 5+ years working as a strength & conditioning coach in the AFL & Cricket Australia systems, as well as having clinical experience as an exercise physiologist.

    As co-founder of The Performance Hub and being an online coach in his own right, Max coaches athletes from a variety of backgrounds with an emphasis on improving performance.

    Max also works alongside coach Karl Toce in growing Impact Performance, and introducing elite training methods to the grassroots level.

    Max can generally be found with a coffee cup in hand, near a whiteboard, diving down the rabbit hole of strength and conditioning.

  • Karl Toce is a co-founder of The Performance Hub and Impact Performance, and one of the good guys of the fitness industry. A lifelong student of the game, Karl has extensive practical experience as well as an impressive academic resume.

    As a coach, Karl specialises in improving performance outcomes for field-based athletes with a strong focus on building resiliency, and keeping them healthy and firing long-term.

    Karl can generally be found on the gym floor, smiling, coaching people from all walks of life, with the goal of optimising their human performance.

  • Morgan Owen, Founder of Penny Finance, is an expert in all things loans, mortgages, finance and personal cashflow.

    She is a young, energetic, driven entrepreneur who challenges the status quo and finds it very hard to take no for an answer (Sorry banks, but I will find a way).

    A planner and organiser at heart, a thinker and solution finder, Morgan uses empathy as her superpower to connect and inspire those around her and to get results, plan for success and build financial independence.
